In 1983 co-trial counsel in Cause No. S83-0544(N) USDC, So. District of MS, styled Melissa Dawn Downing, by and through her Mother, Guardian, and Next Friend, Julia dye Downing v. Campbell 66 Express, Inc., resulting in a $1,000,000.00 verdict. In 1987 co-trial counsel in Cause No. 6370, George County Circuit Court, styled Meto Howell and Evelyn Marie Howell, Co-Administrators of the Estate of Crystal Nicole Howell for and on behalf of Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Crystal Nicole Howell v. Southern Pipe and Supply, Inc. resulting in a $1,000,000.00 verdict. Co-Liaison Counsel in the Asbestos Mass Tort Litigation identified as Mary Abrams, Et Al Consolidation, Jackson County Circuit Court v. FAF Coporation, Et Al., Cause No. 88-5422(2) involving 7,000 plaintiffs. After several years of discovery this action resulted in a six (6) month trial from April, 1993 to August, 1993 and ended with verdicts for six individuals totaling in excess of $11,000,000.00 . Several other $1,000,000.00 settlements and numerous other verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured plaintiffs in products liability and personal injury litigation.
